7 Tips to Keeping Yourself On Your Priority List

Too many of us are busy taking care of everyone else and leave ourselves last on our priority list. Self care is not just important, but also VITAL to staying happy and healthy. Β You don’t need a lot of time or money to make time for you.

Here is my list of my favorite ways to practice self care:

Warm yourself from the inside out. Winter is the best time to enjoy those hot beverages, too much caffeine in your day can have negative effects on your body. Try Golden MilkΒ or make your own,Β try my favorite recipe here .Β Β Β Make your own DIY massage oil and treat yourself to a massage. I love fractionated coconut oil with lavender essential oil.Winter can be so rough on our noses. Use a humidifierΒ with a few drops of your favorite essential oils. Your nose will thank you.Soak in epsom salt. it will help you get the magnesium that you need as well as pull out any toxins in your body. It also helps with constipation and muscle soreness. I can’t say enough about itPersonal Development will help you beat those winter blues. I am currently listening to this book, SO GOOD!!!Find your inner zen with meditation.
