Focus T25 is just 50 days of working out.

The program is designed in a way that you workout on high intensity levels with no breaks like the ones in Insanity workouts. The reps are faster and focus on the muscle groups until the body has maximized burn-rate to burn the fat.

There are two stages of 25 days each in the Focus T25 Base version: Alpha and Beta.
