The best course of action is to visitΒ your doctor and make a few changes to your lifestyle to see if that makes aΒ positive impact.Start by eating betterΒ Swap out processed foods for whole foodsDitch theΒ sugars.Β Start incorporating supplements like fish oil, probiotics, and othervitamins that you might not be getting currently.Β For example, many people are magnesium deficient, and that can cause a slew of problems.
