You Are Worth It

If you are like me, you wear many hats. You are a wife, mom, friend, sister, daughter, working woman who is busy taking care of everyone else. Oftentimes we leave ourselves last on our priority list and find ourselves feeling deprived and resentful that our needs are last on our list of to-dos.


What I have come to learn is that self-care is not selfish, it is critical for your happiness and health. You can't give from an empty cup, sister! You can't be the best everything if you are not taking care of yourself!!

Yes, you are worth taking the time out each day for you.


  • You are worth taking the time to nap

  • You are worth taking a long hot bath

  • You are worth planning, and prepping your meals

  • You are worth eating healthily

  • You are worth getting your nails done

  • You are worth working out and taking care of your body

  • You are worth taking all afternoon to read a good book


You are worth it and deserve to do whatever it is that makes you feel alive, happy, cared for and loved!


I can promise you… there are going to be days when you need a reminder of how worth it is to take time for you ~ especially those of you with families who tend to end up a lot of your ME time.

Take a piece of paper and write “I am worth it because ____” and then fill in the blank.

Take a picture of it and post this in a place where you see it often. It will help serve as a daily reminder of how much you are WORTH IT!
