As you eat more sugar, your body needs MORE to get the same good feelings. This brings the term "sweet tooth" to a whole other level.
Sugar causes inflammation in the body, and hence aggravates joint pain and encourages premature aging. Excess sugar also creates extra insulin which can cause your liver to become resistant and damage your heart. As you can see, you can NOT afford to ignore the effects sugar has on your health.
